Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has held the 10th annual exams for the students of the state who are pursing 10th standard under the affiliated schools in the month of March.  As per the schedule, JKBOSE has conducted the 10th board exams for the students from 4th March to 2nd Week March 2018.  Students have appeared for the exams in lakhs.  Students from different parts of the state participated in the 10th board exams held by JKBOSE.  Every year, without fail JKBOSE organizes 10th board exams for the students. This year also, it has held the exams for the students in March. JKBOSE holds wholesome responsibility to conduct the annual board exams for the students in the state every year.  As 10th board exams are the public annual exams and hold great significance students have studied very hard and gave their best in the exams.  Now, as the exams have seen an end, all the students are waiting for the results release.  The results will most likely be released in the month of May.  Students need to wait for a little while to know their results in the final annual exams 2018.

JKBOSE 10th Results Release Date 2018

All the students of JKBOSE who are pursing 10th standard under it in this current academic year have appeared for 10th board exams in the month of March.  Now, all the students are anticipating the results release.  We have come up with good news for all the students who are awaiting results release.  The results will be announced by JKBOSE soon in the near future.  The results will be announced in the month of May as per the sources from the board.  Usually, the board will release the results after 45 days of exams.  This time as well, the board follows the same ritual to release the results.

At present, the board is busy with the paper evaluation process.  Soon after the paper evaluation process ends, the board will progress to release the results.  The results will be announced by the board in the month of May after the paper evaluation completes.  The exact date of results release is yet to be known.  The board will soon finalize the date of results release and will announce it officially.  All the students are advised to stay tuned to the official website of the board to know the updates about results release as soon as the results are announced.  It is heard from the board that the board will announce the results of JKBOSE 10th exams on May 19th this year.  The results will be made available for download in the official website of JKBOSE i.e., www.jkbose.co.in.

Previous Year Statistics

The previous year statistics help students a great deal to predict their score in the exams.  The statistics will be released officially by the board itself through the official page.  Students can check out the previous year statistics and can cause the way the board calculates the statistics.  Last year about 90, 340 students appeared for the 10th public exams of JKBOSE.   Among them, 68.23 per cent students got qualified in the 10th board exams.  This year, the pass percentage is predicted to be raised to 70%.   Surprisingly, boys outperformed girls in terms of pass percentage last year.
The pass percentage made by the boys is 68.05 whereas girls made a pass percentage of 67.59.  It is expected that the pass percentage will rise to a good level this year.  The overall pass percentage noted by the candidates last year is 70.50 and this year it is expected that the pass percentage is 75.  The strength of the students who appeared for the exams has been increased as well.  With every year, the strength of the students taking the 10th board exams under JKBOSE has been increasing significantly.  It should be considered as an achievement of the board as it has attracted max number of students to the schools.
